Summary of Responsibilities
Working with the other creative leads to formulate solutions for briefs set by the creative director.
Be heavily involved in the final output of creative mediums across Print, digital, TV, branding, and production design
Taking briefings and handling tasks other than campaigns.
Rollout ideas across all touchpoints and contribution through vision sharing for campaigns.
Ensuring each delivery has strong rationale for designs, exploration for creative expression, and art direction that consistently helps push the idea.
Deck preparation
Push creatively and apply training to less senior members.
Presenting work internally and externally.
The ability to help other members understand agency culture and the ins & outs of the advertising industry.
Building effective relationships with cross functioning members.
Has the ability to use an extended range of software, motion software, WordPress, and any additional industry standard software tools.
• Comprehensive level of English speaking and writing skills.
• Fluent in Myanmar both speaking and writing.
• Industry experience or experience equal to the job role.
• Up to date with local trends, virality across the market, and in-depth knowledge of social channel functionalities.
• Creative and communication diversity.
• Solid local understanding and insights.
• Familiar working with creatives and clients.
• Willing to speak out with relevant information and opinions
