Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, search engines, and email marketing.
2. Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts and provide reports on key metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness.
3. Manage and update company websites, ensuring they are user-friendly, engaging, and optimized for SEO.
4. Create and manage content for social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, to increase brand awareness and engagement.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate digital marketing initiatives that align with overall business objectives.
6. Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices, implementing new strategies and tools to maximize campaign performance.
7. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform digital marketing strategies.
1. Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role, with a minimum of 2 years in a marketing agency or similar organization.
2. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
3. Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) and ability to interpret data to drive campaign optimization.
4. Proficient in content management systems (CMS) and website software, with experience in WordPress being a plus.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content for various digital platforms.
6. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
